The restaurant-come-fishmonger's in Port-Vendres! Pujol’s, a restaurant that has been passed down from father to son since 1958, has changed hands again. Florence and Franck Fulliquet took over the restaurant and fishmonger’s shop in 2010. After you have chosen your fish from the display, it's prepared just how you like it, grilled on the griddle, in the oven, flambeed with Pastis or baked in a salt-crust. On the menu you’ll find dishes with a taste of the south, zarzuela, bouillabaisse, big prawns on skewers, scallops and monkfish, and also whole fish specialities. Our restaurant also serves meat dishes, rack of lamb, rib of beef, duck breast and slices of duck foie gras with morel mushrooms. On the dessert trolley you'll find regional specialities, and also ‘îles flottantes’, tiramisu and profiteroles. The wine list also includes wines from other region.
